FACT OR FICTION
By Kevin Sullivan

Is Tupac (Makaveli) alive or not?

There has been a lot of talk about the life of Tupac (Makaveli) Shakur since his death in 1996, but there also have been talk that he is not really gone after all. There have been many different rumors that Tupac faked his death and started another life as someone else. That someone is Makaveli. It all has a weird connection because many things are fishy. For example, he died on September 13, which oddly enough is on a Friday. He also supposedly died at 4:03 a.m. at the age of 25 which is odd because if you add 4+3, it gives you the number seven. This is also equal to the number you get when you add his age when he allegedly died. This is interesting because seven and thirteen are number that carry significance and power to a lot of people. Friday the thirteenth is supposed to be a day of bad luck. The number seven is supposed to be a lucky number.

Also, his former rival “The Notorious B.I.G” mysteriously died seven months after Tupac. That brings up the question "Did Tupac set up the death of Biggie?" The number seven appears a lot when you take your time and look at it. Another amazing fact is that Tupac also dropped his first album under the alias Makaveli seven months after his death, just in time for Biggie’s death. These are just some of the mysterious things that have made him controversial. The weirdest thing of all is that when he dropped that album, the producers name was known as Simon, which, unbelievably enough, is a person in the Bible. The Bible is a book that has a lot of resurrection. This brings up the idea that Tupac is on the verge of coming back to life as another person.

It is very odd that almost every song that Shakur makes has the word reincarnated or death and coming back from the grave. Recent videos show Tupac on crucifixes and coming out of theaters getting shot. It’s almost like he knew he was going to get shot and was very prepared.

Also, in the unreleased versions of Makaveli, he constantly brags about coming back for his foes for revenge. According to the rumors, Tupac should be back on the seen in 2003 as Makaveli, SEVEN years after his death!
