Former president Clinton after his eight year long term in office, will be moving his original proposed offices from Carnegie Hall to the spacious 14th floor of 55W 125th street. According to Mayor Guiliani, the landlords of the building negotiated the deal without notifying the city. The mayor claims that the floor space was already leased by the city, for Children Protective Services. He goes on to add that the city would be more than willing to negotiate a deal with the former president that is fair and equitable. The floor which was supposedly leased by the city was used by the Children Protective Services. They have leased 4 or 5 floors prior to the presidental discussion for that space on the 14th floor. Mayor Guiliani wants space of equal value , substituted for the space that President Clinton is interested in, either from the landlord or other civic leaders in Harlem .The mayor feels that this may be done to everyone's satisfaction. .The mayor is also concerned with how the children and parents who visit the offices will be affected. He worries that they might have to go through extreme security to enter the offices. We went to 55W 125th street, to find out what the people's response to Clinton moving to Harlem is....
