According to the American Cancer Society,cigarette smoking is by far the most important risk factor in the development of lung cancer. Despite this alarming fact, over 47 million Americans still choose to smoke. However, we think that percentage is going to change soon. Since the price of cigarettes have increased over two dollars from $5.25 to now about $7.50. So we here at HL decided to hit the streets of the Harlem Community to hear what people had to say.
