Wassup,
my name is Yanara Porter aka Yaya for those who can't pronounce it. I've
been working at HarlemLive since March 2005. It is a place where you can
play as much as you want, as long as you do some work. I am a Sophomore
at Urban Assembly Media High School located in the Martin Luther King Jr.
High School building. I mostly like to write about music and movies. My
goals are to become a magazine journalist for "Vibe" or even produce
my own magazine. If i get bored with writing I'll try broadcast journalism
for BET or MTV. I've been wanting to do some including entertainment for
as long as remember. At first I strictly wanted to be a singer but as I
grew up I realized singing was not guaranteed. |
