True heros are those who help bring something out in someone or in people. A hero doesn't have to be someone who saves another human beings' life or fight war for his or her country . A true hero will live to see something change in his life and the people around him . Your mother, father, brother or anyone you look up to could be a hero.

Malcom X was a true hero. As we know he tried to make blacks and whites unite. Race should not be what a man is judged by but his mental status and ability to do and help in a situation.

We have so many other heroes like Martin Luther King Jr. and Nelson Mandela.

Some of our living heroes like Michael Jordan changed the way we think about basketball and paved the way for other young African Americans to get a chance in life and in the NBA .
