POEM

Wash me away like rain,

I'm in tune with each drop,

hopefully in your mind forever,

I guess in your mind it will stop,

But for me there is no ending,

who can tell where I'll be pending,

next time I'll most likely be pretending,

your existence never occurred,

and in the same, not use you as an example,

Because I am a man of my word,

Let this seep through your head and into your mine,

like rain does cotton and your understanding

will be clear and you'll sleep in future nights,

you've earned a place in my heart,

that's been cold from previous fights......
